"Since enrolling in this program, I have a renewed confidence and ability to see myself beyond bedside nursing. Every class I have taken has allowed me to apply my knowledge immediately to my work setting, and has greatly enhanced my abilities. While I may never get completely away from bedside nursing, I feel better equipped to facilitate change in my work setting and be a better leader, rather than a follower.
I love the online format for learning. It requires discipline and determination to keep up with the work; however, the flexibility allows me to keep focused and gives me time to do other things than simply study. The quality of the education I am receiving is excellent. There are others in my workplace who are in traditional programs but the education I am earning online from VU far outpaces their programs."
